What ages are eligible for the Teens Program?
The program is designed for ages 13–18. Once a teen turns 18, they move into our adult program. In some cases, advanced 17-year-olds may transition early, with input from the coach, parents, and the teen.
Does my teen need prior fitness experience?
No experience is necessary. Our Head Coach has nearly 20 years of experience and will work with your teen based on their current fitness level.
How much does the Teens Program cost?
We offer flexible training options: 1x per week – $50 every 4 weeks, 2x per week – $80 every 4 weeks, 3x per week – $110 every 4 weeks.
Will this help my teen improve in their sport?
Yes. The program builds General Physical Preparedness (GPP), which enhances athletic performance. For more specific needs, we recommend personal training.
