Do I have to cook the meals myself?
No cooking required. All meals are fully prepared, individually packaged, and ready to heat and eat (if necessary).
How do I order meals?
Click the link on this page to view the current weekly menu. Orders are accepted Monday through Thursday at 1:00 PM.
Where do I pick up my meals?
Pickups are every Monday at the gym. Meals are stored in the 212 Meal Prep fridge, located on the Elite Bio side of the building.
Are the meals frozen?
Never. All meals are made fresh each week.
What happens if I miss the Thursday deadline?
If you miss the 1:00 PM deadline on Thursday, you’ll need to wait until the following Monday to place your order for the next week.
