Can I do personal training if I’m recovering from an injury?
Yes. All personal training clients receive a free assessment from our in-house Physical Therapist. The PT and trainer will collaborate to ensure a safe and effective program.
Can I train with a friend or family member?
Definitely! Partner training adds accountability and fun. It's a great way to stay motivated.
Can teenagers do personal training?
Yes. We offer sport-specific personal training programs for teens, whether they’re in-season, off-season, or preparing for the next season.
Can I do personal training without joining CrossFit?
Absolutely. Most of our personal training clients do not participate in CrossFit. Our coaches are trained in various fitness modalities to help you reach your goals—your way.
When can I schedule personal training sessions?

How many times a week should I meet with my trainer?
